The most important features of the solution:
- automatic initiation of business processes – the initiation of processes is performed at the time of storing the document in electronic documents archive (scanning, fax, email, file import, etc.) or at the time of performing certain operations on documents in archive (e.g. change of values of the indexes describing the document).
- registration and notification – CONTMAN Workflow registers the state of the cases and informs the participants of the process about relevant changes.
- hierarchy modeling – CONTMAN Workflow enables modeling of the organizational structure of the enterprise, by flexible manipulation of roles, user dependencies and including those data during execution of business process.
- rich integration options – CONTMAN Workflow enables integration with 3rd party systems using own API or WebServices interfaces. CONTMAN Workflow is prepared for integration with any accounting system and other integrated systems, such as SAP, ComArch Egeria, Oracle, JD Edwards, Sage Symfonia, etc.
