CONTMAN Processor module greatly simplifies the operations of systems with large documents volume and large user base, for both centralized and distributed architecture of the enterprises.

CONTMAN processor enables processing of documents regardless their source, what brings particular business benefits. For most of distributed business processes, where large number of documents from many remote locations are processed (agencies, branches, trade representatives) the use of CONTMAN Processor solution increases effectiveness of those processes both on organizational and economical level.

CONTMAN Processor is a solution enabling automatic processing of documents sent by users directly from multi-function devices, network scanners or faxes. Documents sent by the devices are forwarded to local user directories or to server directories. CONTMAN Processor automatically monitors these directories and processes detected files immediately. The application describes the documents automatically with the data from any barcodes or using the data from external data sources (databases) and places processed documents in electronic archive CONTMAN Archive.

CONTMAN Processor focuses on maximum automation of documents processing, the human factor is limited to absolute minimum, what means that the operator is only required for optional verification of document description. It is possible to fully adapt the application to the needs of the customer and requirements of the business process.

CONTMAN Processor provides the following functionality:

• cooperates with multi-functional devices, faxes and network scanners,
• enables monitoring of defined local user directories or server directories, where digital documents have been stored,
• includes Image Processing module, enabling automatic removal of empty pages, skew compensation, change of page resolution in order to reduce file size, etc.,
• analyzes sent documents and recognizes barcodes embedded in the documents,
• replaces TIFF or JPEG documents with highly compressed PDF files (one color A4 page with recognized text occupies approx. 60kB of disc space!!!) with full text search possibility,
• enables documents separation e.g. using recognized barcodes,
• assigns documents to appropriate types and places them in electronic archive CONTMAN Archive,
• in case of error or other doubts related to processing, sends documents for manual verification,
• enables identification of the current processing stage of selected document.
