What is CONTMAN ALTAiR?

CONTMAN ALTAiR for SAP is a modern, high-performance electronic archive designed for seamless integration with SAP systems. It provides instant access to documents, full control over your data, and complete integration flexibility, all while reducing operational costs.

The solution is based on our flagship CONTMAN ALTAiR component, proven in dozens of implementations across Poland. It is the result of over 25 years of our company’s experience in electronic document processing and archiving.

How does this solution work?

The system integrates with SAP through a modern, open API. Documents are transferred directly from SAP to the external archive, where they are immediately indexed and accessible via an intuitive browser. The architecture combines database technology with a file system, ensuring speed and reliability.

The archiving process is fully automated and can be tailored to specific business scenarios – from purchase invoices and warehouse documents to controlling reports. This gives SAP users instant access to the information they need, without having to search through the transactional system.

Importantly, documents stored in the archive can be shared with other applications or users outside SAP, such as the accounting department, legal office, or external auditors.
