Proof of delivery from a phone
For a document with no file yet, the archive shows a QR code. Scan it with the phone, photograph the pages, and the whole set reaches the archive as one PDF file.
Nothing lost without a signal
Uploads wait in a queue on the phone, and no network, a closed app or a restarted phone loses no photos. The queue starts by itself when the connection returns.
A carrier's invoice for approval
The workflow starts when the invoice reaches the archive, branches by amount and gives the task to a team queue. An automatic step writes values into the document's description and exchanges data with the company's systems, such as ERP.
A carrier agreement
A carrier with no account in the archive fills in the step's form through a link in an e-mail, and employees sign the agreement, with the company seal.
