What is CONTMAN Sign?

CONTMAN Sign is an easy-to-use web application for approving and signing documents with an advanced or qualified signature, with no need for specialised, expensive devices.

As sales channels go digital, documents are more and more often born electronic, and signing them needs no card reader: an advanced signature is confirmed by signing in, a qualified one by an SMS code, a PIN or the mObywatel app.

Biometric signatures on a tablet

Your customer gives a biometric signature on a tablet: the PDF document appears on the screen and the customer signs it with a stylus, at a point of sale or a customer service desk, with no printing and no paper.

All it takes is a PDF from the system where the document is created, such as a CRM or a sales system, and a device with a touch screen. It runs in the browser, with no app to install.

This is how you sign marketing and GDPR consents, customer declarations, registration and complaint forms, changes to customer data, and sales and delivery confirmations. A copy of the signed document can go to the customer by e-mail.
