CONTMAN DP is built from modules distributed across your network: scanning stations and processing modules. You place them where documents arrive, and when the volume of paper grows, you add more stations or processing modules.

Text recognition reads scans and PDF files that have no text layer, in Polish and in English. A scan gains an invisible text layer, so the preview highlights the words you found, on a scan too.

Indexing

CONTMAN DP indexes scanned documents: each one gets a description by which you find it in the archive. Text is also taken from PDF files, office documents and e-mail messages, so search covers not only a document's description but its content too.

Integrations and the archive
